Flashings

Flashings deliver a range of practical and aesthetic benefits to the construction industry, from weather- and sound-proofing to efficient heat retention with butt or lapped joints, and an enormous palette of metal or colour (coated) finishes.

H B Humphries have a particular strength in the production of architectural flashings for the external cladding of buildings. From your CAD drawings we manufacture metal flashings, cappings and closures of all standard formats, such as ridge, eave, barge, apron, curved and corner/mitred.

We also produce flashings with coated materials such as Plastisol™ (HP200 and HPS200), and Colorcoat™ PVDF and Prisma. Such coatings provide a life expectancy of up to 30 years, dependent on application and environment.

Aluminium flashings are available, together with a powder coating service. This can include a Syntha Pulvin™ application, which encompasses a multitude of colours including the popular Metallic Range. Natural Anodising and Analok™ finishes are also available.

Produced as they are on our high-capacity brake presses and folding equipment, H B Humphries can supply flashing products to exacting timescales, whilst guaranteeing consistency of finish for each project.
