The "Piano" Control Panel

This control box, nicknamed "the piano", was manufactured for City Electrical Factors and was made to match an existing unit using site measurements and photographs.

The drawings were made in Autodesk's Inventor, to ensure that all parts fitted together properly and functioned correctly. The parts then proceeded to be punched out on an Nisshinbo turret punch, and all following folding was done on our Safan brake press.
